  Bring your eyewear and original proof of purchase to any Shopko Optical center within 30 days of your original pick-up date.

  Consult an Optician

  Speak with our expert staff to discuss fit, style, or prescription concerns to determine if an adjustment or a full exchange is necessary.

  Select Your Replacement

  Choose a new frame or lens type of equal or lesser value, or apply your original purchase amount toward a premium upgrade.

• 4.
  Finalize the Return

  Once your new selection is confirmed, our team will process any applicable refunds to your original payment method or schedule your new order for production.
